The Read
A short, fixed-fee diagnostic. We examine your systems, your money flow, and your reporting, then hand you a memo: what’s broken, what it’s costing you, and what to fix first. You keep the memo either way. And if what we find isn’t worth more than the fee, you don’t pay it.
The Build
We build the controls and reporting on the systems you already run — no new software to learn. Cash controls, weekly numbers, and an owner’s report you’ll actually read. Fixed scope, fixed price. If what we hand off isn’t working 90 days in, we fix it at no charge.
The Standing Review
A monthly rhythm. Numbers closed, report delivered, and thirty minutes with us on what changed and what to do about it. The system keeps running because someone is accountable for running it.
