Common questions
What owners ask us
My software already has a dashboard. Why this?
A dashboard shows what the software recorded. It doesn’t know whether that matches the bank. We check that first, then build the page on numbers that are true.
Can I get it weekly?
For restaurants, yes. Prime cost a month late is a history lesson. For most businesses monthly is the right rhythm.
Do you need to keep our books to do this?
We strongly prefer to. If someone else keeps them, we’ll check them before we build on them, and we’ll tell you if they don’t hold up.
